The half-bath in this 1874 house had a floor (and toilet) that wasn’t level and a wall-hung sink, with no storage.
The project was a gut renovation. The floor was leveled and radiant heat added, the window was replaced, and new tile and cabinets installed. A new door was custom made locally to match the rest of the house.
Most of the tiles were purchased at salvage stores, as was the mirror. The pattern consists of three different sizes and five different colors. (The border and a few other tiles were store-bought.)
